Welcoming Students from around the World

Our founder, Dr. R.C. Sproul, dreamed that Reformation Bible College would develop generations of articulate Christians who understand the Bible deeply and live out their faith throughout the world.

Out of our desire to remain true to this vision established by Dr. Sproul, we applied for Student and Exchange Visitor Program certification. This federal authorization allows international students to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Theology degree on our campus in Central Florida. We were granted this certification in late 2020 and are pleased to provide international students with a rich theological education here at RBC.

Since spring 2021, we’ve welcomed eight international students from Canada, Germany, El Salvador, and Brazil. These students have joyfully joined their classmates in pursuing spiritual growth, academic excellence, and community at RBC, and we’re so thankful that they’re a part of our student body.

Isabella from El Salvador shared that her time at RBC has been a “blessed, enriching, God-given experience. I love to be around like-minded people who are not only committed to studying theology but also living it. I have been able to develop many genuine, godly friendships.”

Another international student, Celso from Brazil, told us that studying at RBC is shaping not only his mind but also his heart. “Every day I am challenged by academic rigor, and at the same time I am challenged to live a more holy and godly life. I'm sure this incredible experience will bear fruit for the rest of my life.”

We are also grateful for the opportunity to reach more students around the world through our online program, where students can earn a Certificate in Theology or take classes that will count toward an on-campus degree. We currently have online students from fifteen countries outside of the United States, and we look forward to expanding this global reach in the coming years.
