Your Guide for Applying to RBC

Ready to take the next step toward studying God’s Word at Reformation Bible College? Applications are open for fall 2027, and our Admissions team would be glad to guide you through the application process!

Getting Started Is Simple

• Click Apply Now to get started.
• Create your applicant account using the email address where we can best reach you.
• Complete the brief application with your contact information, educational history, program of interest, and a few additional details.
• Submit the required application materials.

You’ll Need a Few Documents

On-campus applicants must submit:

• A one- to two-page Christian testimony essay
• A four- to six-page academic writing sample
• High school or college transcripts
• An academic reference
• A church reference

Your testimony gives you an opportunity to share how the gospel has impacted your life, while your writing sample helps us evaluate your readiness for the reading and writing you’ll undertake as an RBC student. Don’t worry—we’re looking for your best work, not perfection.

After you enter your references’ information they will be emailed a form to complete. We encourage you to let them know to watch for an email from Reformation Bible College and remind them to check their spam or junk folders if needed.

Online applicants complete a shorter process that includes the application, testimony, transcripts, and a church reference.

What Happens Next?

Once we have received all required application materials, our Admissions Committee will review your file. Most applicants, whether applying for on-campus or online study, receive a decision within one week.

If you’re accepted, our team will guide you through the next steps. On-campus students confirm their spot with a $300 deposit that is applied directly to tuition. Online students confirm their place with a $150 enrollment fee. Both amounts are non-refundable.

Tuition and Scholarships

We are thankful for the generous donors who help keep on-campus tuition affordable at $9,900 for the 2027–28 academic year. Accepted on-campus students are also eligible to apply for scholarships. When the scholarship application becomes available, our team will provide all the information needed to apply.

The application asks about academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and financial need. Our Scholarship Committee carefully considers each applicant’s eligibility for additional financial assistance.

Applying early will provide additional opportunities to save on tuition and fees. On-campus applicants who complete the application process by the priority application deadline of Dec. 1 will receive up to $2,000 off tuition over four years. Online students will have their first semester enrollment fee waived if they meet the early application deadline. The deadlines are November 6 for spring 2027 and June 11 for fall 2027.
