Apologetics

Course Description

This course will challenge you to consider arguments for the existence of God, the authority of the Bible, and the exclusiveness of the gospel. In a world of competing truth claims and other religions, this course will establish why belief in Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation and help you defend the Christian faith.

A Letter From the Instructor

Dear Student,

Have you ever wondered what to say when someone asks you why you believe what you believe? How might you respond to someone who challenges your faith? I want to warmly invite you to join me as we examine together the subject of apologetics. “Apologetics” is the study of how we defend our Christian faith, and this subject is ever more important in an age of increasing skepticism and even hostility toward Christianity. My goal is for you to be encouraged and strengthened in this course as we learn to uphold God’s truth together. I hope you will consider taking this course with me.

In Christ,

Dr. Berntson
