RBC Spotlight: Dani Frazier, Manager of Student Records

As Manager of Student Records, Dani Frazier oversees the RBC Student Records department, serving students throughout the academic process by maintaining the integrity of RBC’s academic policies and procedures. We recently sat down with her to ask about her life, faith, and work at RBC.

Why do you enjoy working at RBC?

I love helping our students and seeing their journeys at RBC. I also enjoy working with an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to serve the students.

What aspect of working with students do you find most rewarding?

I love working with students from start to finish. Helping them register for their first classes and then watching them walk across the stage at graduation is such a blessing.

How would you describe the community at RBC?

RBC’s community is welcoming and passionate about theology. Our students love being at RBC and fellowshipping with each other as they learn about the Lord.

What advice would you give to incoming RBC students?

Get involved! Take advantage of every opportunity for student events, as well as the academics. There’s such a great community here if you make the effort.

When and how did you come to faith in Christ?

I grew up in an evangelical household and was baptized as a little girl. After straying for a time in my early to mid-twenties, I returned to the faith as an adult.

What did you do before you came to RBC?

I worked at a credit union as a member services representative.

What’s your favorite book of the Bible or favorite author?

I love the book of Ecclesiastes. While on the surface it might seem depressing, it points us to heaven and guides us to draw closer to the Lord.

When you’re going on a trip, what are your travel essentials?

My Kindle for sure—I am a big reader. I also need my earbuds to listen to my favorite playlists.

What do you have a passion for?

I’d say music is my biggest passion. While I can’t sing or play an instrument, I listen to music constantly, and I am always looking for a new artist to enjoy.

What are your favorite hobbies or pastimes?

I love reading and journaling. I also love doing puzzles.

What local activities do you enjoy doing?

I’ve enjoyed visiting some beautiful local parks. I also love going to the local nutcracker shop, a store that celebrates Christmas year-round, and exploring the nearby popcorn and coffee shops.
