Congratulations, Dr. Tweeddale

Our academic dean and professor of theology, Dr. John Tweeddale, passed a significant milestone in his life on December 1, 2016. He successfully defended his dissertation and completed his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh. His dissertation considered the relationship of Christology, covenant theology, and biblical interpretation in John Owen’s commentary on Hebrews under the supervision of Dr. Susan Hardman Moore, a leading scholar in puritan studies. Dr. Tweeddale wishes to express his gratitude for the prayers and support of the Ligonier and RBC family.
